You ever meet someone and thought "they are too good to be true" -- too nice, too knowledgeable, too forthcoming, clearly they just want to sell you something? That's what I thought when I first met the folks at Southwest Spas, especially Jeremy. But I am pleased to say I was wrong -- they really are just that good. Jeremy has done everything he has said he would, and beyond, from helping me get exactly the right spa (I did a lot of research beforehand but STILL had a lot to learn) with the right features, to storing it for me much longer than he needed to (I had to get the backyard landscaping in), to honoring even the smallest detail of my purchase. I got advice on some details of my backyard that had nothing to do with the spa! I'm extremely impressed, and my spa is amazing and exactly what I was hoping for. Highest marks.
